I have to commend Phialni Prince Mkhize
I have to commend Phialni Prince Mkhize. I called in today to change my password. He was super friendly, helpful and so passionate about his work. He gave me such good service. I have to compliment Prince and the service we have received from Matrix. I made the right decision. Also a shout out to Daniel - who personally called me to rectify an error on my account. They have all been quick to respond, friendly and efficient. Thank YOU MATRIX BEAME!
