I have emailed over 5 times to cancel this service - no response and just keep billing
I have emailed over 5 times to cancel this service, I get an email with case numbers and every month they just keep billing my account. I have tried to cancel since January 2018. I have sent an email every month for last 4 months get a case number and no response i stop and reverse debit orders but they they change the details so it keeps coming off.
I am confused to whether this is actually a company or just some **** set up.

An agent did explain that there is an outstanding amount on your account on the 30th of June.
The outstanding amount is caused by returned debit orders which you are liable for.
