I have canceled my mixtelemetics contract and paid the shortfall but they still say I am owing 😔

I have wrote my problem with mixtelemetics, they called and said I must pay shortfall in order for them to cancel my contract. I did pay the amount they said I should pay and now I am receiving another email saying I owing while I have cancel their contract last year 😔 😟 🙁 😥
