I have been having a terrible problem about the cancelation of one of the vehicles I'm covering under Matrix...Ms Claudia Abrahams came to my rescue with her amazing customer care..she attended my case very well and in a professional manner..I really appreciate her interference as it's finally resolved my problem..Sometimes it's very rare to find such wonderful people in businesses..She is very consistent and love her job and company.
