I HATE Mix Telematics

I took ownership of my car on the 28th of September 2018 and received an email about going to a fitment centre to fit the tracker but I never went. Funny enough Beame sent me a certificate which had very little details. I still paid for it for 2 years and when they called me to renew in 2021 (tbc) I agreed and the lady that I spoke to said someone would come and install. I sent countless emails which I still have, asking about this and I received an email back which was uneducated. I then stopped paying and asked to cancel as I have NEVER received the service anyway and I have been paying since 2018 to 2020 for absolutely nothing. I sent emails and a couple of months back I called and spoke to a guy whom I asked for records of the device fitting which I never went to and he said he will call back. It's been about 2 months. Mix telematics has not only ****** my money but put a default on my name for a product I never had. In 2021, I acquired CARTRACK and I have never been happier with a service like I am with them. If I had a tracking device why would I acquire another in the same car and upgrade on top of that. Your email service is terrible, contact centre agents with zero integrity. Remove my name from credit bureau and take that default with you.
