I had fallen behind on my payment, I then made payment while on the call with a consultant through a link they sent sent me on Friday the 1st December

I had fallen behind on my payment, I then made payment while on the call with a consultant through a link they sent sent me on Friday the 1st December. I assumed this would reflect immediately on their side. I called three times last week. I got told on Monday, it has not reflected yet on their side, on Wednesday, I got told I am on the lift form and should have my service working by Friday. Today 12 December, I get told there is a delay and I should wait one or two more days. The service from the account department is terrible. Why would I want to be apart of a tracking company if on day 12 there is still no resolve to my account, imagine if God forbidden my car gets ******. No trust.
