I found out that my tracker is installed in another car

I bought myself a car with a tracker installed in another car but appearing as if it's mine. I found out about that after I tested the tracker by calling them to check where my car is located and location was completely wrong. What's funny is that they still debit my money after I reported the matter. I've been calling them and they keep me on hold and all I want is my money back
