I CANNOT CANCEL THE STUPID CONTRACT

I was contacted by Thembeka Khumalo month-end September informing me that since I didn't send formal notification to Mixtelematics, they still need money to cover debit orders for month end August and September. I then sent an email requesting cancellation with all the relevant information. On the 10th November, Maphala Masekela called me requesting me to forward her the email that I sent Thembeka and I did that. Today morning, 02 December 2015, R178 was taken from my account. What the hell is this R178 taken for??? <br> Today I sent an email to both Thembeka & Maphala and they didn't respond. Not that I'm surprised. I know how ****** operate.<br> I want my money back. If you guys are failing to cooperate on this, I'll have to refer this matter to my lawyers. I cannot tolerate not to have peace of mind and think of changing my banking details because of thing called Mixtelematics. <br> In the mean-time, I'll just go to the bank to reverse this flipping debit order and get my money back.<br> To everyone looking for vehicle tracker service, don't go for Mixtelematics. They are a bunch of ******. I'm currently with the best tracking company. Ask me and I'll give you good reference.<br> <br> <br>
