I blame Outsurance for recommending Beamie

I will forever blame @outsurance for recommending this company (Beamie) .

1. 2 weeks after they installed my tracking device, I woke up to find a black device under my car. Because I was not sure whether it was a ***** trying to track me, I gave that device to the private security that protects my neighborhood.

2. I later called Beamie and they confirmed it is theirs and it fell, and apparently they always install two devices. They never called to check the safety of my car even though the devices were going opposite directions.

3. They called me back 5 days later, not to check my safety, but to respond to the logged call.

4. Needless to say, I wanted out. They asked me to send an email to the cancelations department. Their response was I need to pay R950, mind you, the monthly premium is R104.

5. I dare you to try get hold of their cancelations department. 🤞
