I am beyond disappointed with Matrix Vehicle Tracking. My motorbike was ******, and despite having their so-called "top-tier" tracking system installed, it was never recovered. The worst part? Not a shred of sympathy or support from their team during this distressing time.

I was sold on the idea that their Beam device was one of the best on the market – fast, accurate, and reliable. Clearly, that was nothing but a lie. How did the device fail to trace my bike at all? Isn’t this the whole reason we invest in your service?

Their customer service was shockingly cold and unhelpful. No updates, no reassurance, not even basic empathy. Just silence and useless responses. I trusted Matrix to protect my bike, and they let me down in every way imaginable.

Avoid Matrix at all costs. You’re better off without the false sense of security they offer.
