I AM BEING BUL**** BY MIX TELEMATICS

hello Peter.

i had a 24 month contract with mix telematics 3 years ago and just before the contract expired they contacted me saying the devices on ,y cars have expired so they must install fresh ones for me to stay covered, i said no i am selling one car and if you renew the devices you can put one on the replacement car i just bought, they sent a technician to come install the devices and still billed me for 3 cars which i struggled with them for over 3 months to get it right. automatically after 24months contract with a tracking company and with no new contract signed i fall on a month to month arrangement which was last year AUGUST. i sold the cars 2 months back due to my financial reasons and i wrote a cancellation request to them.

i haven't heard anything from them with regards to that except a lady who called me and told me i have to settle a full year's premiums as settlement for bailing out a contract for which the only contract i had with them was a 24 month contract 36 months ago and they keep sending me threatening messages that no matter what i do they will keep debiting my account.

i know less is achieved here on hello peter anymore more especially on the side of the consumer, we are always bul**** by these companies who insist on taking our money without our concern.

the lady said she will listen to recordings from the calls last year and come back to me, 3 weeks later none of that has happened.
