I always had a very bad experience with matrix when it comes to answering their phones this is really ridiculous. I've been struggling since Monday without any luck to get hold of them 😫. I run a fleet of vehicles with them and now I need a new installation but can't get any help.This is the worst service provider I have ever dealt with I wouldn't recommend them to anyone else. I regret giving them business and loyalty.
