how to treat customers

<p>Been with you guys since 2014. 1st my account was debited for other clients whom I do not know, I had to pay bank charges and also reversals. I wanted to put my account on hold a few months ago. Requested call backs and sent the cancellations messages from the website and then eventually someone phoned back but not for my request but to ask for my installment money this lady then gave me another email address to send the request to once again. So now when I was asked again to pay my account or I will be handed over I asked whats going on I was told of the notice period. If someone was so fast to call me or email me a few months ago up to last week I was still asking for a call back or something, if someone called back so fast as Im getting asked for money the notice period would have not been a problem. But now I the client must pay for poor service. And all I wanted is to put the account on hold while my car is not in use. But will give you the money you ask for but no longer want anything from matrix. </p>
