Horrific Service and Staff

What an messed up company to deal with, after cancelling my tracking unit in September 2020 I noticed that the debit orders were still coming off. In January 2021 I decided to reverse the transactions as the service was cancelled long ago. I have been receiving sms's that I owe them money and I have been handed over to legal department. After speaking so someone that agreed my account was sorted out I continued to get the messages. I used to sell the units for them as an F&I for a dealership and therefore know the product. I went through to legal... OH WOW... who ever hired that Joseph guy was desperate. The guy is in serious need of help. He told me that although I cancelled my policy (and he has such email on record as he referred to it several times) said that they still billed me because they were still watching my car!!!! WHAT THE FLIPPING hell excuse it that??? I sold the car... why watch it??? and still take my money????? As far as I'm concerned Matrix owes me 4 months installment and a HUGE apology for handing me over for R428.40. My reference number is 802790. Matrix / Beame /MIX TELEMATIX- Sort it out.
