HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND PATHETIC SERVICE

Absolutely the worst and most unprofessional service! I cancelled my contract and they said they didn't get the cancellation. I had to keep calling to enquire? Then i was told i would have to pay for 2 months as i cancelled late. This was followed by their numerous calls about this money which i eventually made a payment arrange with them. When they call they say their calls are recorded yet they fail to update or listen to those updates. Seemingly now i get threatening messages that they are going to list me and take me to their lawyers. 2 months and I'm getting threatened with legal action? my cancellation was finally in July and now in September I'm getting such. Their accounts department is a joke
