HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM TRACKER

When you join Beame/ Mix Telamatic everything is done perfectly and they are very efficient. I was with them for 7years. The moment you need to cancel phones are not answered, emails do not get answered in time. Once I got through to customer service I was told I need to send an email to cancel which I did. An automated email with a case number was created a few days later, however no one seemed to action the email or bother contacting me till I stopped paying. Then received numerous calls to remind me to pay but no one was solving my problem. I keep getting messages that I owe them which I do not because if someone had bothered to respond to my email or contact me we wouldn't have this problem. So to Mix Telematics please be efficient as you are when looking for business.
