Horrible service from Matrix vehicle tracking
I have been requesting assistance with the cancellation of my Matrix Vehicle Tracking contract that ended on the 30th November 2024 and since 2024, without success. Despite numerous emails sent to Ms. Innocentia Mabaso and multiple calls to your call centre, I have not received any meaningful assistance or response.
I have experienced extremely poor service, including being placed on hold for extended periods without resolution. Due to the lack of support, I have escalated the matter to the Ombudsman and submitted all supporting evidence.
I request urgent assistance and written confirmation regarding the cancellation of my contract.

Someone from your company, Claudia Abrahams, is pressuring me to accept this debt, even though I have already submitted all the necessary documents. It is not my responsibility if your company is unable to resolve its internal issues regarding this matter.
Please ensure that this issue is sorted out and that my cancellation letter is sent to me as soon as possible. I will not make any payment for a debt that I have already disputed. I submitted all the emails requested before November 2024 and again in November 2024.
I expect this matter to be resolved promptly.
