Horrible Service

I have send a request for am installation of a tracking device and to date it's not installed. The telesales agent phoned me on the same day of the request and it's now a week waiting for the device to be fitted. I contacted the fitment centre which is Electronic Fitment Centre in Hatfield and was told they were very busy, hence they could not install the tracking. They didn't even bother to phone me on the scheduled day to confirm that they will not be able to make it and I was made to wait for the entire day just for no one to show up. I spoke to the fitment centre on the 26th of November and was promised it will either be done on the very same day or alternatively on the 27, still to date nothing has happened. I am happy that you didn't install the tracking device and wonder what other problems was I going to have after the device was fitted. Thanks again for nothing and I will give the smaller companies my money.
