HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!

Mix-Telematix also known as Beame tracking device ...beware!!! I have been struggling the whole week to get a insurance certificate from them, I apparently have to drive the car a minumum of 10 kilos to activate the unit, which I since did, phoned again and again, no certificate. This morning I checked their app again and accidently pressed on a tab just to find my vehicle unit is not working (photo) I phoned again to ask if they are aware and can somebody check or test the unit just to be told phone customer care next week, they only work Mon-Fri office hours. I asked the guy on the emergency line what happens should my vehicle get ****** and they think it is funny, a huge joke that I would worry and my insurance will not pay .. changing today.
