Horrible Service

I canceled my contract a year ago. I received written acknowledgment of the cancelation, but months later they continue to debit my account every month. They hardly ever answer their phone, and when they eventually do, you get transferred from pillar to post with promises of callbacks that never materializes. None of the multiple emails sent were ever answered. They were brilliant with the sign-up process but their service is pathetic. Do not ever get involved with this company.
