Horrible service

I have been a customer to Matrix Vehicle tracking for +-8yrs . I have a fleet cover with them. I do uber, and i have 2 cars. Both of them has the Matrix tracker. My husband's car is also covered by them.

On the 20th of February 2025 , one of my drivers was almost hijacked. He pressed the panic button and no response from Matrix Vehicle tracking. By God's grace he managed to fight the ****s. He called me afterwards to let me know that's what had just happened. I asked him to press the panic button again there was no response. I called them the following day only to be told that the current cars are not active since 2019. The cars that are still active are the old cars that i sold in 2019. I asked them to sort it out, up to now (13/03/2025) the matter is still not resolved so basically i m paying for the service that is not being provided.

In short , think twice before using their services
