Horrible Service

<p>I recently decided to change Vehicle tracking companies due to Affordability And Contact Matrix Vehicle Tracking in regards to Cancellation. Fair enough it was late in the Afternoon and i was advised to call the following Day which i did. I made contact and Was again given the run around and asked to email to the Cancellations department and i am advised on a Cancellation fee Which means i am held prisoner for a contract which i no longer want. I proceeded to Email and ive not heard a word Since. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now Today I get notification that my Account has been Debited!?! Basically my Request fell on deaf ears. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am utterly Appalled at the Service I have received and the financial inconvinience caused. </p>
