HORRIBLE SERVICE

I made payments on the 25 August as they requested that amount to close my account until today I am waiting for the Finance and Credit team to confirm payments and clear my name of which I cancelled my contract with beamie last year and their agents responded months later and faulting me for their incompetence.For peace i paid that amount they wanted and closed my account still they send me Septermbers invoice saying am owing R680. On my credit score it says R318 pure utter lies. On their system it says R113 of which I paid what more do Beamie want from people. I have been sending emails to an agent named Lungile nothing is being resolved.am waiting for my clearance letter.
