Horrible customer service

Extremely poor service from Matrix Tracking.

I have been trying to cancel my tracking contract since early December last year, and months later it is still not resolved. Getting assistance telephonically is nearly impossible—calls are unhelpful and no one seems able to actually process the request.

Email communication is just as bad. I receive a response maybe once a month, with no real progress each time. It feels like the process is being deliberately delayed.

This has been a frustrating and exhausting experience for something that should be simple. I would not recommend this service based on the lack of support, poor communication, and failure to action basic customer requests.

Avoid if you expect efficient service.
