Horrible customer service

Never use company

This vehicle tracking company is an absolute nightmare to have Upon taking out the contract they were so quick and efficient, however upon cancelling I have so many issues I sold my vehicle in July on the 10th to be precise, I have since then been trying to cancel this service At first someone told me I needed to pay an amount of r1700, which was paid. They further went on to say I need to pay extra. My account has been debited so many times for all different amounts but no one can help me to cancel everytime I call , every person gives me a different answer I am so frustrated I will make sure no one uses this company again!
