Horrible customer service
I have been trying to cancel tracker for the vehicle that was written-off for three month's. I am being told it still within contractual period but the tacker was fully paid off. Latest email am told as per telephone communication which I have never received my current tracker will be cancelled as per my request which I have never sent such requests. Mix-telematics keeps frustrating me and the customer service is horrible.
