Horrible customer service
I have sent an email 2months ago for cancellation,in june 2022 i since i traded in my car but till today they haven’t cancelled ,everyday i try to call the cancellation no answer you will hold the wholeday ,you send an email this is all you get Your Case Number Logged ***7 but the tracker is still active even today,those agents drop calls oe are either rude worse customer service from mix telematics
