Horrible company to deal with should you want to resolve anything.

Sent emails to cancellations no response. Been phoning cancellations no one answers. Yet I get a call daily from your accounts department but nothing from cancellations. I've sent an email no one responds. I've cancelled my vehicle in 2019 and requested for it to be moved to my new vehicle. I've been billed for that same vehicle for 4 years and no one assists. Your service is terrible. If you want to get a device fitted, they are very fast with your request but try and get anything sorted on your account no luck. Terrible customer experience.
