Horrible company that should be closed

On Friday 2024-11-29 I received a message from Matrix that I must pay R398 and on morning the following day I received another message from Matrix that I must pay the amount of R58-68, I have always speak to them that I have never signed a contract with them and I'm not using the tracker, they keep deducting from my bank account without my consent. I can't recommend anyone to start a relationship with them
