HORRIBLE and disgusting SERVICE BY MIX TELEMATICS

Mix Telematics service is HORRIBLE and disgusting to the core, I had a tracking device contract for over 4years with them , last year around July I wrote an email to cancel service because I sold my car. On the 10th of August I received and an email conforming that the account has been close which reads as follows: (Account number: 00000 We refer to your cancellation request received on 10 August 2022 . This letter serves to confirm that the following vehicle(s) have been terminated with immediate effect:).Few months later I received a call from MBD informing me that I owe Mix Telematics, I told them that the account has been closed. Early this year again I received another call eventually I again to avoid get my credited affected. Unfortunately when check my credit score it was affected negatively down by 17 points.

This has put a huge dent in my plans of buying property and do other things which I have planned to do this year.

Hellopeter can you please advice if I sue this company for this? for the inconvenience coursed. Its very degusting for a huge company like Mix telematics to give me such a terrible services. The frustrating thing is that the don't answer their calls, today alone I celled them more that 10 times with no success.
