********** Customer Service From Mix Telematics/Beame

Mix telematics and Beame by extension seem to be an utterly useless company who if not for deals set up with dealerships would not have any customers because all of their sales and customer care agents do not understand basic English.

I had an upfront 3 year contract with them on 2 vehicles purchased via a dealership which expired in April. Firstly no one contacts you regarding a renewal before your contract expires, secondly when you are contacted by their sales agents some of them are extremely rude (as if they are doing you a favor) I spoke to 2 agents as each contacted me at different times (after my contract had already expired) for the 2 contracts, the first was pleasant but the second was utter *******.

I requested to receive information via email of the various deals available (month to month, 24 month etc) this never came. I tried contacting them from about a week later till the 20th of May which is when I finally got a hold of someone in customer care. She was a pleasant person however could not assist immediately and said she would get someone to call back, eventually she called me back to say according to their records I apparently was in arrears and hence the sales team could not send me any information so I asked to speak to her senior, (Samantha), I explained my story and she realized there was an error on the billing (apparently their system automatically bills people and they don't pick it up until it hits 60 days, - that's strange surely the finance team must be reconciling debtors at some point? ) Anyway she said she will get the account credited and have the renewals department contact me.

Since then nothing happened. I tried calling Samantha on the 3rd of June and had to leave a message for her. I managed to speak to her on the 4th and she had said she will call me back in an hour as she was going to follow up.

Since the 4th I haven't heard from any agent, today I get an email about renewing my contract, with no information on costs or anything but that I need to respond by the 17th or they will cancel my contract.

If this is how you treat paying customers who were actually eager to keep a contract with you, I'm very sorry but you can take your tracker and shove it!
