Hijacking and no response from your tracker people.

On Tuesday the 13th of August 2019, I got hijacked, during this whole ordeal I pressed the panic button your company called me and had a computer call my emergency contact talking about your offices are closed if I'm hijacked press this or call that. When they realized I don't answer my call how come nobody was sent out I was shot laying on the side of the road no tracker assistance came out I pressed that panic button a while ago they could've been on time to catch the suspects.

I called them they said I should call customer service this was on Wed it was busy so I left a voice message, they only called back Saturday. I explained my situation again the lady said she will just check and get back she Wil call me back. It is Monday today and nothing at all. I almost lost my life I am paying for a service that's clearly ****ed up and couldn't give a **** about their customers.

I need an explanation I want to know how the hell someone can press a panic button and not once did your people show up if it wasn't for the people in that community I was probably going to bleed to death because my phone wallet and everything was taken. You are a disgusting businesses.

Good Day Craig M  We acknowledge your post and have noted the content.  From the outset we wish to sympathize with the hijacking of your vehicle and the trauma this has caused you.  We would like to highlight that the panic alarm was received by our Control Room Department and attempts were made to get in contact with you to confirm if any assistance was needed. Further attempts were made by contacting the emergency contact numbers that we have listed under your account to no avail.  We assure you that our attempts to recover the vehicle and assist our customers in a case of an emergency are highly prioritized hence the matter has also been escalated to Senior Management who will address the concerns of how the issue regarding the panic alarm was handled.  I refer to our telephonic discussion and confirm that the vehicle has been recovered.

Please advise on the most convenient date and place for us to able to assist with the recovery inspection to be conducted on your vehicle.  Please be assured of our best intentions at all times.

Kind Regards
