High Risk Zone
Since I installed my tracking device at the end of February I have had endless sms's from Matrix stating I have entered a high risk zone. That is every time is enter Edenvale which is where I stay so it is becoming annoying, After numerous phone calls daily to the call centre I have now given up because it seems no one there is interested in resolving the issue. I am not sure what is going on at mix telematics but this is the third tracking device from them and the service has been shocking on this occasion. How hard is it to cancel an sms?!? They keep promising me that they will escalate it! Please can someone in that place resolve this. I have now had 90+ sms's from Matrix!
