Hi my name is Betusile Mfecane,I have a problem with Mixtelematics Car tracking company. On the 12 of March 2024 I wrote a review about Mixtelematics on hello peter when they refused to cancel the contract because I no longer had the car as it was written off by insurance due to an accident that occurred in December. After the review was posted on hello peter I received a call from them saying I should settle the outstanding premium for February in order for them to cancel the contract. On the 13 March 2024 an amount of R123 was paid to them,I have proof of that on my banking app.i have just discovered that they have put my name on credit bureau when I checked my profile. I want justice because I don't owe them anything as I had settled the amount they demanded, but they continue to tarnish my name.
