Help

I canceled my Matrix contract in 2017, but yet they continue to make deductions. I have corresponded with them frequently via their website; every time they give me a number to advise me my inquiry has been logged, but every month the deduction is going off again and I have to approach the bank to reverse the deduction. I think a ******** is operating under the guise of an organization that is supposed to protect us from ********ity.
