"Hello is there anyone working at Mix Telematics..."

I served notice on my policy on 14th November, all email communication is responded to via an automated email quoting a reference number. On the 1st of December they debited my account with the full amount. I would have thought the December payment is pro-rated. I'm hoping that my account is not debited on the 1st January again!! Every time one mails them you just get another reference number. How many reference numbers have they issued... and how many actual queries have they solved - one has to wonder ...
