Harrasment
Morning This is our 3rd complaint about mix telematics. Everytime they come back with an apology and also call us, and apologise and that they will sort their mistake. This morning we received another sms from their lawyers MBD Attorneys, "you are in danger of further legal action on your mix telematics account", according to MBD Attorneys they try to contact us many times, so much when we answer the call they drop the call and not because the phone was ringing to long, once a lady called us and after we repeat the name MBD she drop the call. Please assist us in this matter again. We would like to know when mix telematics and their MBD Attorneys will stop harassing us, for their mistakes? Regards Johan ***

This is our 4th request.
Please assist, this is really becoming annoying now.
We are happy to know that this matter with Mix telematics are resolve now, BUT now we calls and sms's from MBD Attorneys (debt collecters), which was appointed by mix telematics they keep on calling us, as soon as we answer the call the person on the other side drop the call. They also keep on sending us sms's to make payment to their account, we don't t know the attorneys, and we don't own MBD Attorneys any money, MBD Attorneys, also threaten us that they will black list us.
PLEASE can mix telematics tell MBD Attorneys to leave us alone.
Mix telematics, refund us with a payment, why do we need to pay MBD Attorneys, and for what?
If Mix telematics, done they work the first time, they could save all of us this harassment.
Trust this will be sorted now once and for all
