Harassment from mix telematics company
This company can harass people with gheir faults. I have been complaining since March 2022, but I'm still being harass till today.i have just received notice from MBD for legal collection if i don't pay arrears, just don't owe this company ,the contract was to start end November, instead they owe me as they have requested Audi to pay non existing tracker.j was without tracker for 5 months yet j have been debited which I had to reverse debits till they sort out the mess.they are **********, reaping money from people without service.

28 Dec 2022, 11:42The agent has contacted me as usual, after receiving message from hellopeter. They are not resolving the complaint instead. The best option is to consult lawyers to stop the harassment and advice on terminating the contract. I hate this company, not happy to continue with them. They enjoy sucking money from innocent people without proper, reliable services.
