Harassment

This company has been harassing me for a while now and I'm getting frustrated. I have settled my account with them and furnished me with a settlement confirmation, however, from time to time I would get monthly statements commanding me to pay. Even today they have sent me a statement prompting me to pay an amount of R230.91 on the account that I'm not aware of. Please stop harassing me or else I will escalate this even further.
