Harassment, Embezzlement, ************ and infringement of consumer of rights!

This company exercises *********, ************ and business tactics which infringe on consumer rights on their clients. I’m having trouble cancelling my contract with @mixtelematics since 2024. I’ve requested for the services to be terminated and paid the outstanding amount of R216 on 03 April 2025. Yet, I continued to receive harassment calls and intimidating tactics about blacklisting me thereafter.

Since the team couldn’t locate my funds and they listed me on ITC , once again I paid the R216 that I apparently still owed @mixtelematics. To ensure the matter was settled and the ITC listing would be removed, I emailed the accounts department and info/customer services my proof of payment. I followed this up with a call 3 days after the payment was made and the consultant confirmed receipt of payment. I requested a paid up letter and she said it would be emailed once the funds were allocated to my account. To my surprise I received an email from @Nimblecollections this morning stating that my account was handed over. I provided the with the proof of payment from June and they said they cannot assist as the payment was made prior to the account being handed over. Can someone please tell me why my account is not closed and why I’m handed over to lawyers for a paid up account of R216?
