Harassment

We sold our vehicles and cancelled the tracker systems. We went to matrix office twice in centurion the first time and spoke to Nomsa, who explained to us that they received our cancellation in time and that the instalment is due to us and that it needs to be reverse ftom their side she also called me to advised that she already forward me a Confirmation with immediate cancellation e mail on the 08/12/2022 , that we got as proof. We continue receiving calls and decided to go to their office again. Lungile assist us and explain the same thing to us she also told us that she will discuss the matter with her account department and will forward us an e mail, up to date we did not get an phone call or e mail from her. She gave me her e mail address (***). Today we received an sms that they will hand us over to their lawyer and all SA credit bureaus. Please assist us with this matter: 1. We called their offices to cancel with no luck, 2. If you leave a message they dont come bact to you, 3. We went to their offices twice, 4. Received a confirmation of immediate cancellation, 5. The still harassing us, 6. Now the threatening us with the credit bureaus and lawyer.
