Harasment

I have had a problem with what i was charged for cancelation however someone called me a few days and i requested we go through voice recording to prove what you claim i owe.

Am waiting for outcome of voice recordings as there has been silence for days

If you can not get back to me with voice recording and contract then we do not owe each other, Please cancel your services

The call centre has started harassing me yet i am waiting for action
