GROSS VIOLATION of my privacy !!!!
I just had a call from Matrix Vehicle Tracking's call center, obviously trying to get new customers. What really ****ED me off was that this lady had ALL of my details, including my vehicle details, she new that i am at another tracking company, she even new for how long i am with the other tracking company !!!
Now i ask: "HOW THE HELL DID THEY GET MY PERSONAL DETAILS" !?!?
Obviously *******ly, as i did not give my details to them, nor did i give permission for my personal details to be shared.
This is a SERIOUS and GROSS VIOLATION of my privacy !!!!
People, please be aware of this practice from Matrix Tracker .
