Gross Service

I have the worst experience with Mix Telematics. Met a sales person at Khayelitsha mall selling a Beame product of their and promised i will get a call to discuss the product. Never got a call or a contract to sign, they just sent someone to install the device. after a number of attempts to try and reach them i decided to cancel their service. Sent an email in March for a cancelation and i never received any response until today but they keep billing me and flagged my credit report. I have now decided to contact the Ombuds department.
