Great start, pathetic ending!

I contacted this company for a tracking device for my car. They were prompt to get back to me and explain the options that were available. I completed the application, the debit order etc.

They then promised that someone would contact me to confirm a time for instalation. That was on the 13th of June. Instalation was to occur on the 14th.

To date, I have heard NOTHING from them!

Seems like they do not want to do business......
