Dear Ms Mthombeni C/O Matrix

I had the occasion to speak with and deliberate on a Matrix matter with Ms Khumalo,

She is one service provider who displays competence and excellent communication skills.

Initially, I had some understanding and comprehension challenges with one of the call centre agents which disappointed/frustrated [maybe I might have used a more descriptive word] me tremendously. Upon calling for a manager. I was put in touch with Ms Khumalo who patiently established the crux of my query and addressed same without any further hassles. It is a given that company policies have to be comp**** with and I am a stickler therefore - It is the application that is sometimes distorted or taken out of context and is 'thrown out with the baby' so to speak.

The human element gets lost in between the cracks. The staff should be encouraged to always ensure and be mindful of the fact that they are dealing with human beings.

It is my considered view that Ms Khumalo is a value add and may be regarded as an “Ambassador” for Matrix now Powerfleet/Beame.

Kindly pass on my sincere appreciation and well wishes to her and that I pray that she will endure the road ahead as the LORD God Almighty holds her future. He knows the plans He has for her.

Her promotion comes from Him and not man!!!
