Good, friendly and helpful service

My car was written off in an accident and I contacted Matrix to find out what happens next with my tracking unit and my contract.<br> .<br> Sheruna was very helpful, telling me exactly what I needed to do and what the deadlines were.<br> <br> Also very friendly and a good attitude, considering I was a bit upset about my car and a rather bitter in some of my emails. So great to deal with someone who actually helps you and gives you what you need.
