Going Against TCF rules (Given False info and ******* in signing up)

Going Against TCF rules (the stuff acknowledges that i was given False info and ******* in signing up, was told that they will investigate. No investigation was done instead my account was then debited).

Being called by what seem to have been agents claiming to be managers and one said she was the head of legal, all saying they will investigate and in the mean time i should pay the account. No one came back to me, and one even threatened me and when i called back i could not get help.
