Frustrated new customer

They don't even deserve 1 star. I have been struggling to step up their app for more than a week. I have sent numerous emails and no response. I published a review on Google and they were very quick to ask for the second chance to help me. I responded to the email and provided my contact details and no one bothered to contact me. As a new customer I feel unwelcomed and unsafe. I don't have faith in this company more especially after the negative reviews on Hellopeter and Google. It's time I take my account to a competitor where I will feel safe and welcomed.
