Frustrated, Irritated and tired of Matrix doing nothing!

This is typical of Matix I still have n feedback from you. You took my money for December the full amount for December I might add and even though my contract was cancelled on the 9th now you just vanished no communication and no refund no nothing typical of how you treat your customers just like trash!!!!! Life is already difficult you don’t need to take more than you need from us I just want my refund back of the rest of December that you took. Stop being so difficult!!!! 😡😡😡

So after my last post I was contacted by customer service who disgustingly informed me that I had to wait 40 days YES 40 DAYS for my refund to be paid into my account I ask why and was told because of the December holidays and all that it would take 40 days to process my refund. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND AFTER MY CONTRACT was cancelled on the 9th December 2024. MATRIX YOU ARE TRUE TO YOUR PATHETIC HORRIBLE SERVICE THAT YOU PROVIDE AND I AM STILL EXTREMELY UNHAPPY AND UPSET THAT YOU CANNOT REFUND MY MONEY AND FINALIZE ALL THIS. You are now forcing me to take this to the consumer council and the ombudsman.... YOU have done this through your incompetence..... I hate the way you have treated me after the many years I was a loyal customer. JUST PAY MY REFUND NOW!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡

See no reply nothing, you just keep treating your customers like trash and your rating keep dropping but still you don't care..... Why are you so unprofessional, you phone and make empty promises and no follow through...... I'm so frustrated truly I am.....
